  2. I go about doing such analysis throughout the first week of class where diagnostic tests are done. The tests covers captures the core subjects and through I am able to determine what type of learners they are and what areas they are weak and strong in. It enable me to then cater to the students needs and suggest where in the curriculum I need to start if certain goals where not met.

  3. I must agree with doing a diagnostic test to evaluate students' strengths and weaknesses as this will allow you to choose materials and resources that will be most appropriate and useful to your students.

  5. The first week of classes are always stressed that we should spend time getting to turly know our students wholistically. In these ventures we get to see how they are as individuals, which learning styles to take on, how we will plan our weeks activities, and how can those children be prepared to take on challenges. Teachers, our students will be the product of what its learning environment is.
